ORDER: The Court made the following order:- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody, on 06/06/2023 for the offences punishable under sections 363, 376(iii), 506(ii) IPC and sections 5(u) & 6 of POCSO Act @ 363, 376(3), 506(ii) IPC and 5(u) r/w 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and section 3(1)(w), 3(2)(V) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 2015, in SC No.56 of 2023 pending on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramanathauram in connection with Crime No.110 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the victim girl was studying 8th standard. She used to go to the school by an auto belongs to one Rameshkannan. On the particular day, the victim girl was taken by the accused to a pump set area. On 09/05/2023, at about 01.00 pm, when the victim girl was working in the field, the accused came there, took her to motor pump set, hugged her and sexually exploited. On the basis of the above said occurrence, the case was registered on 06/06/2023 for the offences stated above. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. 3.This petition has been filed seeking bail.

4.Heard both side.

5.The earlier two applications filed by the petitioner came to be dismissed by this court on merits.

6.Now the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the case in SC No.56 of 2023 is posted before the trial court on 07/02/2025 for argument.

7.Let the argument be completed on that date. Till then, there is no question of bail by this court.

8.In the result, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, there shall be a direction to the concerned trial court namely the Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram, to dispose of the case in SC No.56 of 2023 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
