SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17082 of 2017, dated 12.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 13.12.2017 to 10.01.2018.
