ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.26 of 2020 of Ganesh Nagar Police Station and file a final report. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.26 of 2020 is almost completed and prayed six months time to file final report. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.26 of 2020 and file a final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
