JUDGMENT
The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that the appellants had sold the properties and the relief sought for in the Second Appeal has become infructuous.
2.When the matter came up for hearing on 22.10.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 reported 'No instructions'. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the respondents 1 and 2 in the cause-list and posted the matter on 24.10.2024.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, even though the names of the respondents 1 and 2 have been printed in the cause-list, there is no representation for the respondents 1 and 2. 4.In view of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
