RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased torelax the condition imposed on the petitioner while granting bail to them in Crl.OP(MD)No. 1420/2018 dated 30.01.2018 Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 1420 of 2018, dated 30.01.2018.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is only a bread winner of the family and hence, he is not able to comply with the condition as imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.
4. On perusal of the documents it is seen that, this Court by order dated 30.01.2018, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 5.00 pm only for a period of three weeks. Now, the petitioner has filed this petition to modify the said condition.
5. Since the petitioner has not explained the reasons satisfactorily, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 1420 of 2018, dated 30.01.2018.
6. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
