ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.8538 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.927 of2024 pending on the file of this Court dated 04.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without fail.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and also the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the condition imposed on the directing to appear before the Inspector of Police, Krishnagiri Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Criminal appeal.
