ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider petitioner's representation, dated 28.09.2022 and conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders, within a time stipulated by this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the representation that was made by the petitioner has been forwarded to the District Collector, Theni, by the second respondent vide letter, dated 17.10.2022.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above said complaint is not related to the subject matter. Reading of the entire typed set of papers shows that not even a single allegation has been made with regard to bribe either by Government officials or other persons. It appears that without proper particulars, this writ petition has been filed impleading the Director of Vigilance and Anticorruption, the Deputy Superintendent of 2/4
Police and other respondent as respondents 1 to 3. If the petitioner has got any grievances, he can workout his remedy through proper complaint only. Without any basic particulars, this writ petition cannot be entertained. 4.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
