Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.The petitioner alleges that he is being harassed by the respondent police.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that Crime No.21 of 2021 was registered on the file Idol Theft Wing, Chennai and in that connection, the petitioner is sought to interrogated. It appears that respondents have gathered materials implicating the petitioner. The first accused/Backiyaraj was arrested and in his confession statement, he has directly implicated the petitioner herein. Therefore, this is not a case in which relief can be granted. The hands of the respondents cannot be tied in any manner. They should be free to investigate. The criminal original petition stands dismissed.
