However, it has not been taken on file.

3. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, is also directed to take the case on file forthwith. This Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
