Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.POORNACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extent the time to execute the order of this Court imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3132 of 2019 dated 28.02.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. The petitioner was in illness. Hence, he is unable to execute the sureties within a stipulated time as per the order of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Crl.O.P(MD).No.3132 of 2019 dated 28.02.2019.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 28.02.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3132 of 2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
