This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 13.06.2015 against the proposed accused and proceed with the same as per law within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending in this matter.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the

F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.
