Side) on behalf of the Respondent , the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17310 of 2017, dated 15.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition, without any deviation. He further submitted that the investigation is not completed. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that even though the petitioners are complying with the condition, considering the nature of this case, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
