ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, forbearing the respondents from ex-communicating the petitioner and his family from the village functions based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the counter parties and conduct enquiry on the request made by the petitioner, after hearing both sides, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
