This quash petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in crime No.41 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police against the petitioners.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the investigation in crime No. 41 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent has been completed and laid charge sheet before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on 22.06.2015. However, it was not taken on file and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioners has become infructuous.
