2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein are complying with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No. 174 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16039 of 2017, dated 22.01.2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
