Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.MARUTHIAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extent the time to execute the order of this Court imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1112 of 2019 dated 27.02.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. The petitioner has not received huge amount of Rs.50,00,000/- from the buyer due to election rules are come in to play. Hence, he is unable to execute the sureties within a stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD).No.1112 of 2019 dated 27.02.2019.

dated 27.02.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1112 of 2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
