ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, directing the respondents to execute the order passed by the 3rd respondent vide in his proceedings dated 25.10.2018 issued regarding to form the permanent pathway in Survey No. 89 Rayamundanpatti Circle, Budalur Taluk, Thanjavur District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the counter party and conduct enquiry on the request made by the petitioner, after hearing both sides, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
