ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.221 of 2020. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that investigation in Crime No.221 of 2020 is almost completed and sought three months time to file a final report.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.221 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
