RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in para 6 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. in Crl OP(MD) No.20413/2021 dated 22.12.2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. NAGARAJAN.V., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20413 of 2021 on 22.12.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the first petitioner has not complied the condition regularly and the second petitioner has complied the condition regularly. Investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels an considering the pandemic situation, the condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.759 of 2022 imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20413 of 2021 on 22.12.2021 is modified in respect of second petitioner and the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and dismissed in respect of the first petitioner.
