OP(MD)NO. 289/2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.JEGANATHAN, Advocate for M/S.VEERA ASSOCIATES, for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No. 902 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.289 of 2018, dated 09.02.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein are complying with the

condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No. 902 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.289 of 2018, dated 09.02.2018, is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in a month i.e on first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.
