ORDER

The Criminal Original Petitions are filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.204 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that trial was conducted in C.C.No.204 of 2018 and the accused have been acquitted of all the charges by the judgment dated 28.04.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli in C.C.No.204 of 2018.

3. In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in both the Criminal Original Petitions. Hence, the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
