ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records in FIR in crime No.88 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent dated 23.10.2025 and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai and the case was taken on file in P.R.C.No.1 of 2026. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above P.R.C.
