This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.113 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.No representation for the petitioner and the the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent present.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed on 05.12.2014 itself, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, but so far, the case has not been taken on file.
