ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to him and his family 1/3

members for using the public pathway in Survey Nos.126/5, 128/2, 129/4, 132/3 and 133/3 of Katturamanpatti Village. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, would submit that the complaint dated 10.01.2021 lodged by the petitioner with the third respondent was registered as CSR.No.184 of 2020 and the same was closed, after enquiry. His further submission is that the matter in issue between the petitioner and the private respondents pertains to a civil dispute and they were advised to approach a competent civil Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
