Sub Court, Periyakulam, reversing the judgment and decree dated 15.03.2002 made in O.S.No.397 of 1995 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Uthamapalayam.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant died on 17.12.2021. Steps have not been taken within the period of limitation as stipulated.

3. In view of the above, this second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
