Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 04.01.2012 made in memorandum No.5575/Tha.A.Ou.Thu-2/2011 issued by the 2nd respondent as well as the consequential order dated 05.03.2012 made in Case No.3434/B/Enquiry/2012 passed by the 1st respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to provide the information sought for by the petitioner in his application dated 28.09.2011 and pass such further or other orders.
