2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.252 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner had earlier filed Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.14990 and 14992 of 2019 seeking anticipatory bail. The same was dismissed. There is no change in circumstances.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
