writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st respondent dated 11.01.2020 declaring 4th respondent herein namely Tmt.K.Sathiya (Ward No.2) as Chairman of Bogalur Panchayat Union, Ramanathapuram District and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently directing the respondents to conduct reelection for the post of Chairman of Bogalur Panchayat Union, Ramanathapuram District within a stipulated period prescribed by this Court so as to enable the petitioner to cast the vote for the said post.
