Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JOTHI BASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- It is the case of the prosecution that the accused reversed his TATA SUMO vehicle, on account of which, a 68 year old lady was hit and she died in the hospital. The injured was not taken to the hospital by the petitioner, but, was taken by her son. Both the Courts have given concurrent finding of facts and have held the petitioner guilty.
