This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.348 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit the first respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.348 of 2021 and also filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, on 29.09.2021.
