Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari by calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned auction notification issued by the 2nd respondent through his communication dated 25.07.2023 in so far as its relates to Items no. 1 and 2 of the said notification and quash the same.
