ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to include the petitioner's name in the statewide seniority list for appointment to the post of sewing teachers notified by the Teachers Recruitment Board in 2012 and to appoint her.
2.The petitioner claims that the properties belonging to the family of the writ petitioner was acquired and accordingly a certificate of priority was issued by the competent authority for the purpose of securing employment under the Land Losers category. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4
W.P(MD)No.6097/2012 3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that though the recruitment notification was issued in the year 2012, the case of the writ petitioner was not considered. However, at this length of time, the appointment cannot be issued, by way of a direction, by this Court. However, the writ petitioner is to be considered under the land losers category, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible and as per the Government Orders and the rules in force.
4.With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that the case of the writ petitioner is to be considered with reference to the rules now in force and as per her eligibility and as per the terms and conditions applicable to the land losers priority category. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
