Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

2. What is under challenge in this writ petition is the order of recovery. It is pointed out that the recovery order was issued during the pendency of W.P.(MD)Nos.2351 to 2355 of 2011 where interim stay was granted. Today the aforesaid writ petitions were allowed and remitted to the file of the respondent. Therefore, the consequential order impugned in this writ petition is quashed. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
