ORDER
The petitioner submitted that the third respondent had been knocking the doors of the petitioner at odd hours frequently, causing harassment to him and his family members and neighbors. Hence, he had filed the above petition. Earlier, the petitioner had sent a representation to the respondent police giving certain details.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as on date, there is no case against the petitioner. Earlier case in Crime No.12 of 2024 has been registered against one Uthayakumar and Gurunathan. Earlier the petitioner had sent a representation, for that purpose only, he was called, which is now termed as harassment. The petitioner's representation has been forwarded to Superintendent of Police, EOW (Idol Wing), who had forwarded the same to the Deputy Superintendent of Police. The petitioner can very well appear before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, EOW (Idol Wing), Madurai and give his explanation.

3. The petitioner, on instructions, would submit that he would appear before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, EOW (Idol Wing), Madurai, on 28.01.2025.
4. In view of the above, the petitioner to appear before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, EOW (Idol Wing), Madurai, on 28.01.2025 and thereafter, the Deputy Superintendent of Police to dispose of petitioner's representation on its own merits.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
