2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) and perused the

materials available on record.

3. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking an omni bus and exhaustive prayer. The petitioner has not made it clear as to whether there is continuous harassment to his members, with evidence. The averments made in the petition, are very vague. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
