RAJESH SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of the respondent not appeared either in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:- On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner could not raise a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- within the time prescribed by this Court vide order dated 19.02.2018, therefore, he is not able to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and prayed for one month time for payment and to surrender. 2.The petitioner is having time till 19.04.2018 for deposit of sum of Rs.2,00,000/- as per the direction issued by this Court vide order dated 19.02.2018.
