This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 11.06.2015 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending in this matter.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
