O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioners by interfering into the civil dispute arising out of the sale agreement entered into between the first petitioner and one Shaul Hameed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners and there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioners.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meantime, the petitioners shall not be harassed.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
