ORDER

(1)The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking further relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 19.09.2025 in Crl.MP.(MD).No.12774/2025 in Crl.A.(MD).No.848/2025. (2)The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 22.08.2025, granted bail to the petitioner, directing him to appear before the learned I Additional District and Sessions Court [PCR], Thanjavur, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner appeared before the said Court regularly and filed Crl.MP.[MD}.No.12774/2025 for relaxation of the aforesaid condition and this Court, vide order dated 19.09.2025, modified the said condition by directing the petitioner to appear before the said Court in alternative weeks, i.e., on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is abiding the aforesaid condition till date and hence, seeks relaxation of the said

condition.

(3)The learned Additional Public Prosecutor affirmed the aforesaid facts. (4)Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. (5)The petitioner, in his affidavit, stated that he is the sole breadwinner of the family and that the burden to take care of the family is entirely on him. The petitioner further submits that the investigation has been completed and the Final Report has already been filed and hence, prayed that the condition be relaxed considering the fact that the petitioner strictly abided the conditions imposed by this Court in the aforesaid orders.

(6)Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the modified conditional order dated 19.09.2025, till date, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed on the petitioner, be modified. (7)Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to report before the learned I Additional District and Sessions Court [PCR], Thanjavur, on the first Monday of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
