The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the present writ petition was filed for a direction to the respondent to include the name of the writ petitioner in the panel for promotion to the post of B.T Assistant (History). However, an order of rejecting the claim was passed. Subsequently, the said order was challenged in W.P.(MD) No.18608 of 2013. Thus, the present writ petition stands closed. No costs.
