RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner/accused in Crl.O.P (MD).No.2412/2019 and order dated 15/02/2019 that they have to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further order Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.HAJA MOHIDEEN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2412 of 2019 on 15.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2412 of 2019 on 15.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

of 2019 on 15.02.2019, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every Monday & Friday at 10.30., until further orders.
