ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 19.04.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ same has been closed.

3. In view of the same, a direction is issued to the respondent to serve the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already served.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
