PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 13th respondent herein to investigate and find out the culprits on the death of the petitioner's daughter/A.Immacuate, aged 27 years, at Dammam, Saudi Arabia and consequently, to issue a direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 and 8 to 12 to take steps to bring the dead body of the petitioner's daughter with the help of the respondents 4 to 7 from Dammam Saudi Arabia to India and hand over the dead body to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2013.
