RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on 22.01.2018 in the above Crl.O.P.(MD). 448/18 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MAHENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYMABULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.448 of 2018, dated 22.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 25.01.2018 till date. He further submitted that the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned

Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 25.01.2018, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned, only on receipt of summons.
