No. 2257 of 2018 dated 14.02.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KRISHNASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 2257 of 2018, dated 14.02.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the State submitted that the petitioners herein are complying with the condition regularly, without any deviation and he further

submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 2257 of 2018, dated 14.02.2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.00 am until further orders.
