This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in respect of Crime No.347 of 2012. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.543 of 2014, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
