Respondent / Complainant Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender before the lower court as granted in Crl.OP(MD)NO. 1089/2018 dated 24.01.2018 in respect of Crime No. 10 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and pass such other orders as deem fit and proper on facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MURALI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1089 of 2018, dated 24.01.2018, for producing sureties.

2. This Court, by order dated 24.01.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 1089 of 2018, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he has approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the said submission.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended for a further period of two weeks from today. sd/- 22/03/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
