2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the case was already registered by the police and the matter has become infructuous.

3.On the side of the respondents, it is admitted that the case was registered.

4. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
