The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(A), 29(1), 25 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, in Crime No.169 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 1.100 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not able to comply the condition already given by the trial Court in the bail application. Hence, the bail granted was cancelled. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions which may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner was not complied 2/5

the condition in the earlier bail petitioner imposed by the trial Court. Hence, vide order dated 16.12.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.3192/2025 the trial Court has cancelled the bail granted to the petitioner. The petitioner is having 12 previous cases out of which 3 are NDPS cases. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and the bail already granted was cancelled by the trial Court, the present petition cannot be considered. Since the petitioner is having 12 previous cases out of which 3 are NDPS cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court to get bail after surrendering himself.
