This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 4 from threatening the petitioner to execute a deed in favour of the respondents 6 and 7 in respect of the land in Old S.No.90/2 (New No.90/28 and 90/34) of Ilanchembur Post, Mudhukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was reported dead and he has also produced the copy of the death certificate. 2/4
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suits filed by the sixth respondent's husband and the seventh respondent's father-in-law were decided returned against them and that the officials against whom, the complaints were made, were also transferred and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
